CLEAR CREW SOLUTIONS draws for a network of both yacht and mental health professionals whose primary focus is supporting yacht crew, yacht managers, yacht welfare organisations and training providers.
Founder Karen Murphy has over 20 years experience in the yachting industry on vessels 24 to 120 mt. and has worked on land as an estate manager/ butler for UHNW families. Following her yachting career, she completed a degree in addiction therapy followed by a qualification in general counselling.
Her Experience includes :
Working in Residential Rehabs and as a Private Sober Coach
Supporting crew as The Crew Counsellor
Certified as a Family Liaison Officer
Certified as a TRIM (Trauma Risk Management) Practitioner
Certified as a CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management) Practitioner
She is a member of The BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and Addiction Professionals UK
